Terms of service

1. The artist will only start on your project when some level of payment is received, and the client will NOT receive the final product until the payment is paid and received IN FULL. Payment plans can be discussed.

2. Preferred method of payment is through PayPal, but exceptions can be made if necessary. I only accept USD. I do NOT accept checks, both physical or digital.

3. Commissions of any type (INCLUDING COMMERICAL USAGE) are NOT permitted for use in NFTs, blockchains, AI training, AI rendering, OR AI editing. The artist reserves the rights to their art and how it is used, and does not consent to these uses. The artist reserves the right to get a take down on any art if being used in any of these ways. You will be required to compensate the artist for damages/loss of profit.

4. You may NOT complete or change or render your commission using AI.

5. Having no references, low quality references, complex designs, vague ideas, props, and items will all increase the final price. Price increase is case by case, and all details of the price increase can be discussed upon planning.

6. Changes in the sketching stages are all free, and small changes along the way are free as well. Large changes or complex changes are allowed 1 time for free, and then the artist will charge for additional fixes after that. The artist reserves the right to call it quits if the amount of changes asked becomes excessive, and at that point may begin charging for all level of changes from that point forward. Any errors or mistakes the artist makes will be fixed for free at any point up until the completion of the art piece.

7. Artist reserves the right to deny or cancel any orders for any reason.

8. All commissions are always PERSONAL USE ONLY unless specifically discussed and paid for as commercial use.

9. Credit is always appreciated! But please do not claim that you drew it!

10. I may end up posting your art either on my website as an example, or upload it onto social media/KO-FI/Patreon! Please inform me if you have any issues or problems with this!

11. Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE after completion of order! I cannot undue work done or unsend you the files!

12. Let me know at the start if this is NDA work or if this is something I cannot post until a certain date or cannot stream the process of or show WIPs of!

13. Client will receive updates as the work progresses, but can always ask for an update on the status of their work(s) as well! Client can also check my Trello board for progress updates as well.

14. Please allow at least 3-4 months after sending payment for piece to be finished!

15. All art works are created in Clip Studio Paint, and sent as .PNG's

1. Depending on how far along I am on a piece will determine how much of a refund you can receive, from anywhere in the range of 100% refund to 0% refund. Refunds are case by case, so I cannot provide a frame of reference here.

2. You will not request a refund through PayPal, I will send you the refund directly. Requesting refunds through PayPal is a guaranteed blacklist from my commissions.

3. REFUNDS AT THE END STAGES OF A PROJECT CANNOT BE PROVIDED, NO EXCEPTIONS

4. Refunds will NOT be provided if client is unhappy with product unless the client has expressed their opinions during the drawing stages. I AM NOT A MIND READER.

5. Payment is primarily accepted through paypal, but can also work with other payment-accepting sites.

6. Payment must be received before starting an art piece, I'm willing to do partial payment for the sketch phase but will not proceed forward until full payment is received.

7. TIPS are never mandatory, but are always GREATLY appreciated. Tips are non-refundable.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL ABOVE STATEMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGING YOU HAVE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE THING. I WILL NOT BE HELD LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INFORMATION YOU DID NOT READ JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T READ IT. YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING THAT YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH TO BE MAKING FINANCIAL PURCHASES, AND I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IRRESPONSIBLE MONEY MISTAKES. YOU ALSO AGREE TO NOT FILE FOR PAYPAL DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS, AND AGREE TO CONTACT ME FIRST FOR REFUNDS AND CORRECTIONS.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT; "I UNDERSTAND I AM COMMISSIONING A DIGITAL GOOD(S), AND THAT I WILL NOT BE RECIEVING A PHYSICAL ITEM. I AGREE TO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FILE FOR A DISPUTE INVOLVING NOT RECIEIVING A PHYSICAL ITEM. I UNDERSTAND I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WHICH TO RECIEVE MY DIGITAL GOOD(S)."

LIST OF RULES FOR MY ART IN GENERAL, SEPERATE FROM MY COMMISSION TOS

1. DO NOT use my art in AI or AI training. DO NOT complete my art by using AI. DO NOT 'fix' my art.

2. DO NOT repost my art without any credit. If I find you reposting without credit, I will DMCA you without contacting. "credit to the artist" does not count either. (This rule does NOT apply to commissioned pieces)

3. DO NOT use my art to make or spread hate speech.

3. Do NOT copy, trace, or steal my art or my characters/designs and claim it as your own.

4. You CAN use my art for practice/study/reference/tracing, but you MUST say you do not own it and also CREDIT me for it if you post it online. "Credit to the artist" does not count as proper credit. Don't be lazy and don't abuse my good will, because I can and will revoke any right to study and reference off my art at all.

5. DO NOT use my art or references of my art to sell as prints, keychains, merch, or as commissions for clients!!!
