Terms of service

1. You must give some sort of payment before the artist will start, and full payment must be received before you can receive your final product. Payment plans can be discussed if needed.

2. Preferred method of payment is through PayPal, if exceptions must be made we can discuss. USD ONLY, I don't accept checks.

3. Commissions of any type (including commercial usage types) ARE NOT permitted for use in NFTs, blockchains, or anything crypto related. You are NOT allowed to mint my artwork. The artist reserves the right to take down the art from being used in this way, and you will be required to compensate the artist for any money made off the art, in USD.

4. Having no references, complex designs/details, vague ideas, props, and items will all increase the price. Price increase depends on case by case, and shall be figured out upon planning.

5. Changes in the sketch stage are all free, and minor changes along the way are also free. However, the artist reserves the rights to call it quits if the changes requested become excessive, and may charge additional fees at that point forward.

6. Major changes after the midway point will cost an extra fee depending on what the major changes are and how far along the artist already is. Major changes at the very end of a project will be considered a new commission order.

7. Artist will experiment from time to time with shading techniques and brushes used, so art may change from piece to piece.

8. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless paid for as a commercial use item, which will change the price of the order.

9. If you post the image online, credit would be GREATLY appreciated!! You are NOT allowed to claim you drew the image, however, in any way.

10. I have the right to refuse clients and decline commissions for any reason!! You will be refunded if this happens.

11. I will try and ask you if you're fine with me posting your finished commission online, but you can also let me know if you aren't okay with that (especially if I forget to ask you), also let me know if you would like to be tagged in the post or if you would prefer to remain anonymous if I post it!

12. My art, commissioned, commercial or otherwise, is NOT permitted for use in any AI art or AI art training. You may not take my sketches or artworks to finalize or create new art pieces using AI or another artist. You will be blacklisted completely if any of these occur.

13. You also may not copy, trace, or steal my art or my characters and claim them as your own. If you use my art for practice you MUST say you do not own it and give CREDIT to me. NO, "Credit to the artist" does not count as proper credit. Don't be lazy, because I can and will revoke the right to study off my art at all.

1. Depending on how far along I am on a piece will determine how much of a refund you can receive, from anywhere in the range of 100% refund to 0% refund. Refunds are case by case, so I cannot provide a frame of reference here.

2. You will not request a refund through PayPal, I will send you the refund directly. Requesting refunds through PayPal is a guaranteed blacklist from my commissions.

3. REFUNDS AT THE END STAGES OF A PROJECT CANNOT BE PROVIDED, NO EXCEPTIONS

4. Refunds will NOT be provided if client is unhappy with product unless the client has expressed their opinions during the drawing stages. I AM NOT A MIND READER.

5. Payment is primarily accepted through paypal, but can also work with other payment-accepting sites.

6. Payment must be received before starting an art piece, I'm willing to do partial payment for the sketch phase but will not proceed forward until full payment is received.

7. TIPS are not mandatory, but are always GREATLY appreciated. Tips are non-refundable.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL ABOVE STATEMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGING YOU HAVE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE THING. I WILL NOT BE HELD LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INFORMATION YOU DID NOT READ JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T READ IT. YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING THAT YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH TO BE MAKING FINANCIAL PURCHASES, AND I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IRRESPONSIBLE MONEY MISTAKES. YOU ALSO AGREE TO NOT FILE FOR PAYPAL DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS, AND AGREE TO CONTACT ME FIRST FOR REFUNDS AND CORRECTIONS.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT; "I UNDERSTAND I AM COMMISSIONING A DIGITAL GOOD(S), AND THAT I WILL NOT BE RECIEVING A PHYSICAL ITEM. I AGREE TO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FILE FOR A DISPUTE INVOLVING NOT RECIEIVING A PHYSICAL ITEM. I UNDERSTAND I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WHICH TO RECIEVE MY DIGITAL GOOD(S)."
